Description
📍 Location: Central Singapore
🕐 Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 days per week
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales at the designated ID counter at assigned retail outlets.
- Conduct daily stock counts and record total daily sales accurately.
- Ensure all sales transactions are properly processed by verifying sales with customers and cashiers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the quantity of stock sold matches inventory records.
- Investigate and report any stock or sales discrepancies.
- Follow all store policies, procedures, and the Sales Representative Code of Conduct.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, cashiers, and other vendor sales representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and newly launched products.
- Provide customers with accurate product information and suitable recommendations.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to members of the public.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Comfortable communicating and interacting with members of the public.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or retail experience is an advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
