About this role
We are looking for a Senior Deployment Strategist with 5-10 years of experience to own large-scale AI platform deployments for health system clients. You'll lead end-to-end delivery for some of the largest provider organizations in the country, managing cross-functional pods and building direct relationships with C-suite executives to drive measurable margin improvements.
What will you be doing?
- Owning the full implementation lifecycle for large strategic health system accounts — from scoping and discovery through go-live and value realization
- Leading a pod of 2-3 junior Deployment Strategists and forward-deployed engineers, setting priorities and maintaining delivery momentum
- Managing C-suite relationships (primarily CFOs) at multi-billion dollar health systems, facilitating executive business reviews and steering committees
- Driving novel, consultative problem-solving — discovery, solutioning, and operational change management for customers who are deploying AI for the first time
- Codifying deployment patterns into repeatable playbooks and feeding implementation learnings back into the product roadmap
Key Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience with meaningful time in healthcare consulting or AI/tech delivery to health systems (provider side specifically)
- Proven executive presence and experience independently managing C-suite/VP-level client relationships — this is a hard requirement
- Hands-on experience managing technical implementations (not purely strategy advisory), ideally involving AI or software delivery
- Deep passion for healthcare provider organizations with a clear career pattern demonstrating commitment to the space
- People management experience with ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
