About the Team

Join our Global Cash team, a high-performing operations group responsible for supporting international cash movement activities and non-USD cash operations. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of global cash transactions while partnering closely with multiple operational teams across the organization.

This is an opportunity to build expertise in international payments, cash operations, and wire processing while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

As a Global Cash Operations Analyst, you will support daily cash operations and help ensure the accurate processing of international payment transactions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process and verify wire transactions using established controls and procedures.

  • Review and validate payment instructions for accuracy and completeness.

  • Process and apply incoming client cash transactions to the appropriate accounts.

  • Support reconciliation activities and assist with resolving exceptions.

  • Monitor and respond to requests received through a shared team mailbox.

  • Research and address operational inquiries and escalations.

  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting critical currency and processing deadlines.

  • Adapt to changing assignments and workflow demands throughout the day.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Typical schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • This position supports a later shift within the team.

  • Occasional overtime may be required to complete daily processing activities.

  • Employees should be comfortable with schedule flexibility based on business needs.

  • The team supports bank holidays, and holiday coverage is shared on a rotating basis.

  • Occasional international business calls outside of normal business hours may occur.

Basic Qualifications
- Two years or more of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
