At Ayvens we have an opening for a Senior Compliance Officer.

What are you going to do?

As our new Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of Ayvens' business activities and supporting sustainable growth across all jurisdictions where the Group operates. You will contribute to the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group Regulatory Compliance framework, while providing expert advice on key compliance risks impacting Ayvens' products, services and operations. Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate closely with local Compliance teams, business stakeholders and other control functions to ensure regulatory requirements are translated into practical, proportionate and risk-based solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned Regulatory Compliance risk domains.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance framework.
• Supporting the implementation and embedding of compliance frameworks across local entities.
• Providing risk-based advice and constructive challenge to business, product, operations and support functions.
• Supporting strategic projects, new products, business initiatives and transformation programmes from a compliance perspective.
• Contributing to Group-wide compliance risk assessments and thematic reviews.
• Driving or contributing to cross-functional projects related to regulatory developments and compliance transformation.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has strong regulatory compliance expertise, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while building effective relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Aside from being a seasoned compliance professional, you are comfortable advising senior stakeholders, driving compliance initiatives and translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or a related field.

• Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance within an international financial services, banking, leasing or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising business stakeholders on regulatory, conduct and ethical compliance matters.
• Ability to assess regulatory developments and translate them into practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, business transformations and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English is required.
