What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Provide safe and compassionate animal handling and restraint
  • Collect thorough patient histories
  • Provide general nursing and patient care
  • Collect and prepare laboratory samples
  • Perform in-house laboratory testing
  • Assist with digital radiology and diagnostic procedures
  • Monitor patients under anesthesia
  • Support treatment plans and daily hospital workflow
  • Maintain accurate patient information and medical records
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and teammates to provide an excellent patient experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician experience
  • Veterinary Technician licensure welcomed
  • Strong animal handling and restraint skills
  • Comfort with laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures
  • Experience with radiology
  • Experience with anesthetic monitoring
  • Strong communication skills
  • A dependable and collaborative approach
  • A passion for helping pets and their families
  • A willingness to keep learning and growing
  • The ability to jump in and support teammates when needed
