Previous experience in an outpatient or physician office setting and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems are preferred. In addition to providing high-quality clinical care, responsibilities include:

• Managing patient phone calls and communications
• Processing medical records requests
• Coordinating and tracking referrals
• Monitoring laboratory results and diagnosis follow-up
• Managing prescription refill requests
• Supporting various administrative and clinical workflows as needed

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A strong team-oriented mindset is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus.
