Temporary position for 12 months.


Do you want to deliver as much value as possible to our members and clients by being at the heart of initiatives that advance a rapidly growing sector? To join a dynamic, large yet close-knit team? To collaborate with many sectors in Quebec and beyond to implement exciting changes? If so, this position is for you! As a senior change integration advisor, you contribute to change management for complex projects and initiatives involving multiple collaborators. You play a key role in promoting strategic projects that allow us to better serve our business members and clients as well as reach our full growth potential so we can be Canada’s fifth largest commercial lines property and casualty insurer by 2030! You’re adept at turning complex information into clear messages for teams navigating change. In addition to supporting sponsors and managers, you’re part of the high-performance agile and multidisciplinary landing squad that includes all the roles required to implement the changes. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Develop change management and communication strategies and plans for commercial lines property and casualty insurance initiatives being rolled out with multiple partners inside and outside our division
  • Implement collaboration mechanisms with these sectors
  • Make sure these strategies and plans are rolled out successfully
  • Oversee the production of all deliverables in collaboration with the various contributors and partners involved
  • If needed, draft communications
  • Assess the outcomes of strategies and actions as well as their benefits and service quality, and adjust the plan as needed
  • Provide tactical support in the production of deliverables for employees who interact with members and clients (job aids, approaches, etc.)

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant project management experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience drafting quality deliverables, mainly in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Communication expertise
