What You Will Be Doing

The Talent & Growth Partner provides strategic and operational leadership for the Bank’s talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning and development practices. This role partners with leaders to anticipate talent and capability needs, develop practical and scalable solutions, and strengthen the Bank’s ability to attract, select, onboard, and grow exceptional talent.


The Talent & Growth Partner owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core talent practices and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring, employee development, leadership capability, and organizational growth.


How You Will Get the Job Done

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Own the Bank’s talent acquisition practices and provide strategic guidance to leaders throughout workforce planning, recruitment, assessment, selection, and offer decisions. Partner with leaders to understand current and future talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities. Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and recurring talent needs. Establish consistent, effective selection practices and strengthen manager capability in interviewing and hiring. Own the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a professional, high-quality process aligned with the Bank’s values and service standards. Use recruiting data and market insights to identify trends, address barriers, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Learning & Development: Lead the development and execution of a practical, scalable learning and development strategy aligned with business, employee, and leadership needs. Consult with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions. Design, facilitate, source, or coordinate learning solutions, including manager and leadership development. Establish consistent practices for assessing needs, delivering learning, and measuring effectiveness. Own and optimize the LMS, learning content, reporting, and employee experience. Build manager capability and accountability for employee learning, development, and growth.
  • Onboarding & Talent Integration: Own the Bank’s onboarding strategy and practices to create a consistent, engaging experience for new employees and managers. Partner with leaders and onboarding champions to clarify expectations and accelerate new-hire readiness, connection, and contribution. Establish tools and resources that equip managers to successfully onboard and integrate new employees. Use feedback and outcomes to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Talent Partnership & Organizational Capability: Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, bringing forward insights, recommendations, and solutions that support talent and organizational priorities. Evaluate and prioritize talent needs based on business impact, organizational readiness, available resources, and alignment with the Bank’s strategic priorities. Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to connect recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, and succession practices. Lead talent-related projects and change initiatives from strategy through implementation. Monitor external practices and emerging talent trends, recommending thoughtful approaches that fit the Bank’s culture and needs.
  • Employee Experience: Ensure talent, onboarding, and development practices reinforce the Bank’s values, culture, and One Team mindset. Partner with HR and other internal teams on selected employee experience and engagement initiatives that support talent growth and connection.

Professional & Educational Experience You Bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and five to seven years of progressive experience spanning Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, talent management, or related HR practices. Experience independently leading talent initiatives and advising business leaders is required.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $95,000 and $142,000 annually. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance. 


Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception in the window environment and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Travel may be required.
