We are looking for a Project and SAP S4 Order to Cash - System Coordinator

 to join our LATAM IT team. Based in Sorocaba - Brazil, reporting to LATAM Delivery Manager you will be responsible for Delivery SAP Sales, E2E Order to Cash, WMS, Transfer process, COMEX and ABAP (desirable) at Regional Level.

What will you do:

  • Act as the LATAM delivery leader for SAP solutions supporting, Sales, outbound process, E2E Order to Cash, WMS, Transfer process, COMEX and ABAP (desirable)Supply Chain, and Operations across eight countries.

  • Ensure appropriate coverage of regional business processes through the current application landscape and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the delivery, support, enhancement, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP SD/LE and S/4HANA capabilities across the region.
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze processes, define clear solution concepts, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Promote innovation, standardization, best-practice adoption, and cross-fertilization among countries and regional teams.

SAP1C – Brazil Project

  • Outbound Delivery creation process
  • Invoice split process
  • Mill Cut operation (Batch Management)
  • Cable cutting process
  • Interplant transfer process
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • ABAP knowledge for debugging custom “Z” developments

SAP1C – LATAM

  • End-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process in SAP S/4HANA
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • ABAP knowledge for debugging custom “Z” devel

Who are we looking for:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with SAP SD/LE, including proven SAP S/4HANA or similar experiencies.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting SAP solutions in Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, logistics, and manufacturing environments.

  • Experience in regional and/or global projects, working with multiple countries and multicultural teams.

  • Experience managing external vendors, contracts, and solution development activities.

  • Experience acting as Project Manager for small- to medium-sized projects is strongly preferred.

  • Solid expertise in SAP SD/LE and SAP S/4HANA, with strong command of Sales, Distribution, and Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle implementations, rollouts, enhancements, application support, and global or regional SAP projects.

  • Strong knowledge of outbound delivery, billing, shipping, stock transfers, logistics execution, batch management, transportation, and distribution processes.

  • Experience integrating SAP SD/MM with logistics solutions, Warehouse Management Systems, and Transportation Management Systems or similar experiencies.

  • English, advanced or fluent.

  • Spanish, advanced or fluent.

  • Portuguese, fluent or native, mandatory.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, logistics, and Order-to-Cash business processes, preferably in manufacturing and industrial environments.

  • Brazilian localization, electronic invoicing (NF-e), taxation, and fiscal processes, including DRC and J1BTAX.

  • SAP governance, regional application coverage, solution standardization, and best-practice adoption.

  • Change management principles and adoption of new processes and systems
