Position Summary 

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Commercial Landscape Laborer / Equipment Operator to support the maintenance and enhancement of commercial properties, corporate campuses, and public spaces. This role is responsible for grounds maintenance, landscape installation, and the safe operation of commercial landscaping equipment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, tractors, skid steers, loaders, aerators, trimmers, and other commercial machinery. 
• Perform mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and general landscape maintenance. 
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, driveways, and common areas. 
• Assist with turf care, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal landscape projects. 
• Remove debris, leaves, and snow as needed. 
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment, and wear required PPE. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

• 1+ years of commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor labor experience. 
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment preferred. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• CDL and/or pesticide applicator certification is a plus. 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
