We are now hiring a Learning Junior Delivery Manager to join our team as soon as possible for one year.
The Learning Junior Delivery Manager plays a key role within the Delivery Management function, supporting the end-to-end logistics and execution of learning programmes. This role ensures high-quality delivery across virtual and in-person formats while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Role Description
Programme Delivery & Logistics
Builds strong understanding of programme logistical requirements.
Autonomously manages end-to-end logistical planning and pre- and post-delivery support for virtual and in-person learning programmes.
Acts as a producer for virtual learning sessions and/or supports onsite delivery logistics when required (e.g. pilot programmes).
Provides logistical support for local, local-agile, and virtual deliveries to Geography Learning teams.
Stakeholder Management
Manages participant and faculty registrations, queries, and communications to ensure a smooth experience.
Collaborates closely with internal teams, external vendors, and facilitators to ensure
seamless programme execution.
Coordinates vendors across programme portfolios where applicable.
May support the development of others by acting as a role model within the team.
Quality, Processes & Tools
Monitors programme and faculty-related risks and issues, escalating them promptly.
Evaluates challenges effectively, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate future risks.
Ensures adherence to established processes and tracking tools, while proactively identifying improvements.
Supports system and process enhancements and contributes to their implementation.
Manages procurement activities including purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and invoice processing.
Supports budget tracking and programme-related financial processes.
Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in learning and development environment required.
Experience supporting/delivering learning programmes in cross-cultural environments.
Experience working with EMEA member firm learning teams as an advantage.
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s degree in learning, business, or a related field required; Master’s degree as an advantage.
Languages: English – Fluent ; other languages as an advantage.

Additional Information
Location: Flexible within the EMEA region, working remote, with frequent travel to Deloitte University EMEA facility in Bailly-Romainvilliers required.
