Business Development Executive - Paints & Construction - Onsite | Karachi | PKR Salary

About Our Client:
Hiring for a leader in the distribution of raw materials for paints, underpinned by a robust corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new commercial, residential, and industrial paint projects across Karachi to continuously expand the sales pipeline.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong networks with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, and paint contractors.
• Field Execution & Follow-ups: Conduct regular market visits, attend site meetings, and execute systematic follow-ups on active project leads.
• Sales Conversion: Convert qualified project leads into active Bluebird Paints sales, ensuring conversion targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Account Retention & End-to-End Tracking: Monitor projects from initial lead stage to final completion, maintaining strong rapport with decision-makers to prevent account loss to competitors.
• Target Achievement: Consistently deliver against assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue and project-conversion milestones.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA, BS, BSc, or equivalent).
• Experience: Prior experience in sales within paints, building materials, construction, or B2B project sales is highly preferred.
• Industry Network: Existing, verifiable connections with Karachi-based architects, developers, and paint contractors will be a distinct advantage.
• Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong field-orientation with high energy and persistent follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a clear focus on revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of the local Karachi construction and real estate market dynamics.

Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
