Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Data & Analytics to bridge the gap between business and technology by translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver insightful dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate data accuracy and identify business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and BI developers to deliver reporting solutions.
- Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data visualization strategies.
- Support Agile delivery processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for reporting logic, data definitions, and business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
