# Key Responsibilities
### Leadership & Strategy
- Lead manufacturing area leaders in throughput meetings to define tactics and strategies for weekly output and supply plans.
- Articulate compelling and inspiring visions and strategies for the department.
- Foster an environment that encourages innovative thinking and intelligent risk-taking.
- Communicate department goals and provide regular updates on current status and future objectives.
### Operational Excellence
- Supervise shift crew and manage daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with Module functional groups, planning, and other departments to optimize tester deployment, conversion plans, and manpower allocation.
- Deploy strategies to optimize manpower deployment aligned with output and cost plans.
- Drive efficiency in all work processes by eliminating redundant activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in key objectives such as cost, quality, cycle time, and productivity.
### Quality & Safety
- Instill a culture of quality and accountability among team members.
- Ensure a safe manufacturing environment and promote excellent housekeeping practices.
- Establish and enforce operating policies and procedures to maintain consistent production standards.
### Performance & Reporting
- Identify, manage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
- Prepare production, personnel, and financial reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Manage and monitor departmental costs and headcount in alignment with business plans.
- Drive strategic cost-reduction initiatives and innovative solutions.
### Talent & Team Development
- Recruit effectively both internally and externally to build a high-performing team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop shift crew members to enhance team capability and engagement.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven leadership in managing production teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and cost management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Applying Artificial Intelligence
