Job Summary
The Route Coordinator works with route drivers in providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to all customers through utilization of computer routing system.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Assigns and organizes driver routes ensuring route efficiency based on stops and route costs.
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on tickets, manifests, costs, and routing.
- Schedules Mobile Service Unit and Tank Delivery to customer's site including input and follow-up with Customer Service Representative in the system.
- Maintain current customer accounts through personal and telephone contact ensuring quality service to each customer in coordination with Customer Service Representative.
- Works with the MDM Team to ensure new customers are set up promptly.
- Enter Raw Material tickets into computer system.
- Fills in for other Office personnel when needed.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED..
Preferred Qualifications
- Route system experience preferred.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
- Works well with others in a team environment.
- Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
- Highly organized; superior time management skills.
- Good math and computer skills.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.
- Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 50lbs.
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out at a plant location and/or office environment..
