Responsibilities
Plans and directs daily programs for children in their assigned group. Consistently provides developmentally appropriate and child centered activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual needs of the children. Functions as a team leader and role model working with assistants and volunteers in the classroom.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
OR
- Completion of Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) OR
- Child Development Associate (CDA) AND
- Current enrollment in Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education or education related field AND completion of degree within two years of hire.
PREFERRED
