Position Summary
Support demand planning, reporting, and business analytics activities by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making across the supply chain and sales planning processes. Leverage modern analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting (80%)
Data Preparation- Extract, validate, and organize data from business systems and reporting tools.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency through routine cleansing and validation activities.
- Combine and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting needs.
- Analyze business performance, forecasts, and trends using descriptive analytics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Identify data anomalies, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Present data, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes through modern analytics tools and technology.
- Maintain and update demand planning and forecasting systems.
- Assist with forecast analysis, adjustments, and reporting.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities through data analysis and reporting.
Operational Excellence (20%)
Process Improvement & Documentation- Maintain and update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning, and business processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
Performance Measures
- On-time delivery of reports and analysis.
- Accuracy and completeness of data and forecasts.
- Continuous improvement and process optimization contributions.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and responsiveness.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools.
- Experience using or willingness to learn Oracle, Power BI, Sigma, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions
- Willing to work night shift to support global business operations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office.
