Job Summary:

Analyst in the Tax Service Team responsible for the delivery of day-to-day tax processes, driving continuous improvements, and maintaining SAP to enable the accurate and efficient delivery of Tax and Trade processes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage and execute tax operational activities, such as:

  • Setting VAT rates for new items sold globally at Haleon and ensuring ongoing accuracy of tax configurations

  • Performing VAT and CIT coding of invoices and expenses, providing guidance on complex tax scenarios where required

  • Managing VAT rate changes and other tax regulation updates, assessing their impact on processes and systems

  • Administering SAP access for users in Global Tax and our outsource providers, ensuring compliance with internal controls

  • Collecting, analyzing, and coordinating information required for tax compliance activities and tax audits, including contracts and logistics/customs documentation

  • Monitoring, resolving, and reporting on tax queries, escalating issues and identifying root causes where appropriate

  • Supporting and contributing to Tax & Stats GPO projects, including tax transformation initiatives and implementation of tax law changes

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency initiatives, and supporting automation where applicable

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, external providers, and global teams to ensure effective tax process delivery

  • Performing a wide range of tax-related activities for both local Polish and global operations

Knowledge / Education / Previous Experience Required

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Business, or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance operations, or a related area

  • Solid understanding of indirect and/or direct tax processes

  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • SAP user experience

  • Experience in tax compliance and exposure to multiple tax areas

  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

  • Experience participating in process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

PLN 91,861.00 - PLN 126,308.60 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
