Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to produce a variety of creative print and digital deliverables
- Create document designs, including covers, page layouts, inclusive graphics, and image selection
- Prepare files for digital or offset printing
- Design brochures and informational handouts for various program outreach efforts and recruitment.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Minimum five years of experience in graphic design
- Design creative and compelling communication visuals
- Demonstrated knowledge of creative problem solving
- Demonstrated knowledge of Color Theory
- Demonstrated knowledge of Visualization and Design Concepts
- Demonstrated knowledge of Branding and Market Identity, Illustrations, Typography, and Decision Briefing
- Work efficiently on multiple projects quickly and with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers and a strong technical aptitude to create deliverables
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Elements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working in a project-based environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
