Description
STV is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Digital Advisory department at our Boston, MA office. This role supports the delivery of digital solutions that help clients improve project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Digital Solutions Specialist will assist in implementing digital tools, developing efficient workflows, and supporting project and program teams with technology-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes, organizing and analyzing project information, and supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across project delivery, digital systems implementation, and process improvement within complex infrastructure and construction programs.
Core Responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions that align with client project and governance requirements.
Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management and construction management platforms.
Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for project teams and stakeholders.
Support contract administration and project controls workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, change tracking, and project closeout activities.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Help develop and maintain digital workflows, standards, templates, and best practices.
Provide user support, training, and adoption assistance for digital tools and platforms.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing project delivery and operational performance.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and client objectives.
Role Focus
Supports project teams with the day-to-day use of digital solutions and project information systems.
Assists in developing reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes that improve information management and project visibility.
Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital tools.
Contributes to project delivery initiatives through technical problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.
Builds knowledge of project governance, program management practices, and digital delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, project controls, program management, construction administration, or related disciplines.
Familiarity with project delivery environments and information management processes.
Experience working with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
Autodesk Construction Cloud (Build & Cost Management)
Oracle Unifier
Procore
Kahua
Trimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder
Additional preferred experience includes:
Dashboard development and data visualization.
Process mapping and workflow optimization.

Working within infrastructure, transportation, facilities, or construction programs.
Compensation Range:
