Job Description

  • Line of Service: Advisory / Technology Consulting 

  • Management Level: Senior Associate 

  • Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha 

  • Core Focus: Designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based procurement systems utilizing SAP Ariba Upstream modules.  

  • Responsibilities 

  • Template & Module Management: Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Ariba Upstream modules. 

  • Contract Management: Build and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workspaces, contract clauses, and master templates. 

  • Supplier Governance: Configure and oversee Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and Supplier Information & Performance Management (SIPM) applications. 

  • Business Mapping: Lead interactive workshops with clients to transform procurement strategies into operational system blueprints. 

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Write test scripts and spearhead functional validation across Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

  • Production Support: Provide targeted Level 2 and Level 3 support to handle functional disruptions and lifecycle failures. 

  • Procurement Analytics: Customize and extract complex procurement and spend analysis metrics via the standard Ariba reporting engine.  

Technical Skills & Experience Required 

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated SAP Ariba functional deployment experience. 

  • Core Modules: Direct mastery over SAP CLM, SIPM, Ariba Sourcing, and Supplier Management. 

  • System Integration: Hands-on familiarity with ERP connectivity via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG / Managed Gateway for S/4HANA) and standard SAP ECC systems. 

  • Procurement Knowledge: Proficient domain mapping of strategic sourcing matrixes, supplier onboarding, and enterprise compliance workflows. 

  • Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) or equivalent technical degree
