תיאור משרה

לסודהסטרים דרוש/ה לנהג.ת משלוחים

ביצוע עבודות שליחויות לוגיסטיות ושינוע טובין בין אתרי החברה השונים ומול ספקים חיצוניים. בנוסף ביצוע הסעות עובדים נקודתיות/חד-פעמיות בהתאם לצורכי החברה, תוך שמירה קפדנית על נהלי בטיחות, עמידה בלוחות זמנים ומתן שירות איכותי לכלל גורמי  החברה.

תחומי אחריות ומשימות עיקריות:

• שליחויות ושינוע טובין: ביצוע שליחויות מורכבות ויומיומיות בין אתרי החברה השונים, וכן איסוף  ופיזור של ציוד/סחורה מול ספקים חיצוניים.
• תכנון וייעול מסלולים: תכנון עצמאי ופיקוח על לוח הזמנים ומסלולי הנסיעה, תוך הקפדה על יעילות מירבית ועמידה בזמנים.
• הסעות עובדים: מענה גמיש לביצוע הסעות עובדים במקרים שנדרשת הסעה חד-פעמית או מיוחדת.
• בטיחות בתעבורה: שמירה מלאה וקפדנית על חוקי התעבורה, נהלי הבטיחות בארגון ותחזוקה תקינה של הרכב.

שירות פנים-ארגוני: מתן שירות אדיב, ייצוגי ואיכותי לכלל מבקשי השירות והעובדים בחברה תוך עמידה בסטנדרטים גבוהים של ארגון ודיוק.

אחריות

• ידיעת השפה עיברית על בוריה – דיבור/כתיבה/קריאה - חובה
• רישיון נהיגה: רישיון נהיגה בתוקף וללא עבירות תנועה חמורות - חובה
• ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון קודם כנהג שליחויות / נהג חברה / נהג לוגיסטיקה - יתרון משמעותי
• אחריות ובטיחות: מחויבות גבוהה לחוקי התעבורה ולבטיחות בדרכים
• כישורים בין-אישיים: תודעת שירות גבוהה, יחסי אנוש מעולים, ייצוגיות ואדיבות
• כישורי ארגון: יכולת תכנון מסלולים, ניהול זמן עצמאי, דייקנות ויכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמי
• ידע ויכולת שימוש באפליקציות כגון :WAZE,פנגו,וואטסאפ.
• הקפדה על בטיחות ונהלי עבודה.
• יחסי אנוש טובים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.

SodaStream is Hiring: Delivery Driver

The role involves performing logistics deliveries and transporting goods between the company’s various sites and external suppliers. In addition, the role includes occasional/ad hoc employee transportation as required by the company, while strictly adhering to safety procedures, meeting schedules, and providing high-quality service to all relevant stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Deliveries and Transportation of Goods: Performing daily and complex deliveries between the company’s various sites, as well as collecting and distributing equipment and goods to and from external suppliers.
• Route Planning and Optimization: Independently planning and managing schedules and driving routes, while ensuring maximum efficiency and on-time performance.
• Employee Transportation: Providing flexible support for employee transportation when occasional or special transportation is required.
• Road Safety: Strict compliance with traffic laws and organizational safety procedures, while ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Internal Customer Service: Providing courteous, professional, and high-quality service to employees and internal stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and reliabilit

 

Qualifications (English)

 

 

• Hebrew proficiency: Full proficiency in Hebrew – speaking, writing, and reading – required.
• Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license with no serious traffic violations – required.
• Professional experience: Previous experience as a delivery driver, company driver, or logistics driver – a significant advantage.
• Responsibility and safety: Strong commitment to traffic laws and road safety.
• Interpersonal skills: High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and courtesy.
• Organizational skills: Ability to plan routes, manage time independently, work accurately, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Digital skills: Knowledge and ability to use applications such as Waze, Pango, and WhatsApp.
• Strict adherence to safety standards and work procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
