The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

China TSE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting through KLA esc process, CIP implementation, technical info consulting

2. Coordinate with Field teams/Division engineering for issue/escalation/solution communication

3. Conduct Technical Material/Training to Field Service Team and customer To assist the field team for the first new product penetration in the region and set up the SOP & troubleshooting guide for the key H/W activities and issues.

4. Travelling around Asia area for above objectives

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate qualification:

1. Over 5 years working experience of technical support at SEMI conductor industry 
2. Competency in communication, team work, problem solving skill and customer focus

3. Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/maintenance of PVD/CVD/Etch process over 2 years is a must

4. Fluent English reading/writing/speaking is a must
