Key responsibilities include:

A Typical Shift
You’ll start by reviewing the day’s inspection priorities and any new or revised prints, then set up the CMM area and verify calibration status before running programs. As results come in, you’ll compare trends to prior runs, flag anything that looks out of family, and compile clear, audit-ready reports for engineering and quality review. Between runs, you’ll coordinate with teammates on measurement questions, update files and naming conventions to keep data traceable, and make small program refinements so the next inspection cycle runs smoothly. The day closes with organized documentation and a clean handoff of open items for the next shift.
