Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support the daily functions of the powder-coating system on the paint line
- Ensure consistent application of high-quality finishes on all parts processed through the line
- Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance to maintain optimal operation
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of powder-coating systems or similar finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot coating equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
This is a union-represented position within the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), with wages, benefits, and working conditions governed by the collective bargaining agreement.
