Product Engineer

Keystone RV, the leader in the towable RV industry, is seeking to add to our Product Engineering team to help with the development and design of our recreational vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate to be part of a team that manufactures innovative RV’s. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Working with a Product Manager to develop new floor plans and improve existing designs.
• Developing products that meet industry codes and standards, along with our engineering design parameters.
• Produce and maintain all drawings needed for the construction of our products.
• Working with a product group to solve problems in design, and manufacturing.
• Embrace continuous product improvement initiatives, cost reductions, quality, and manufacturability improvements.

Skills Needed:

• Prefer 3 – 5 years of experience in the recreation industry or similar field.
• Prefer an engineering degree or commensurate on the job experience.
• Must be familiar with 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to be an effective member of a product TEAM.

This position is a full time, salaried position. Compensation is based on experience and is competitive with engineering positions across the nation, regardless of the industry.
