What you'll need:
- Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required.
- Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
- Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred.
- 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
- Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
- ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.
Schedule: Per Diem; 8-16 hr/week; Day Shift; Days can vary
