Accounts Payables Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and vendor account reconciliations. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Process and validate supplier invoices in line with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and manage invoice and payment-related queries.

• Monitor outstanding invoices, credit notes, and payment issues to ensure accurate accounts payable balances.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax regulations and internal controls.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives while collaborating with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, and other business stakeholders to optimize the invoice-to-pay process.

We expect you to have:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field.

• Fluent spoken & written English (for working with foreign customers and colleagues).

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

• Understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and tax regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
