Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

We're seeking an RN to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a surgical and procedural setting. The RN uses the nursing process to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient responses, and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain patient histories, perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes requiring intervention.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- Provide safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and outcomes in the EMR.
- Prepare and maintain the surgical environment and assist physicians during procedures as assigned.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and implement appropriate infection-control practices.
- Operate C-Arm/fluoroscopy equipment under the guidance of the surgeon when required.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN); BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong patient assessment, communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, patient-care practices, and applicable Nurse Practice Act.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- At least 1 year of OR and/or PACU nursing experience.
- CPAN certification.
- Experience with surgical procedures, scrub processes, and post-anesthesia care.
- C-Arm/fluoroscopy experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
