Overnight Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour, PM Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour

What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you'll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the overnight hours by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
- Monitoring resident well-being and responding promptly to resident needs.
- Building meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Maintaining a safe, calm, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
- Communicating important observations with the care team.
- Documenting resident care accurately.
- Working as part of a supportive team committed to exceptional care.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, dependable individual with a passion for helping others.
- Previous caregiving, Resident Assistant, PCA, DSP, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required.
- CNA certification is NOT required.
- Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to successfully complete a DHS background study.
