Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregation of information from different departments for managing stuff. 

• Preparation Expense reports and Liquidation forms.

• Coordinating taxi requests and business travel arrangements. 

• Prepare and format reports, presentations and other documents as needed.

• Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation. Coordination with the finance department for collecting,organising and exchange of documents.

• Schedule and organize department/personal meetings. 

• Internal administrative tasks.

• Administrative support of the engagement projects.

• Arranging and scheduling of cross-territory meetings.

• Other ad-hoc tasks from Assurance departments’ staff.

• Non-routine requests.

 Requirements:

• Higher education (economic, financial or other relevant).

• English (both written and oral) at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Google docs/sheet).

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Accurate, responsible, attentive to details.

• Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and working towards deadlines.

• Kyiv location.
