Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Customer Service Representative (4-40) to join a growing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth agency operations.
Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with insurance-related questions.
- Process policy change requests, endorsements, and updates with accuracy.
- Assist with underwriting, policy rewrites, re-quotes, reinstatements, and cancellations.
- Manage policy renewals and review billing accounts with insureds.
- Obtain necessary underwriting information, signatures, and supporting documentation.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
- Prepare and provide proof of insurance documents, including binders, certificates, ID cards, and declarations pages.
- Document all customer interactions in compliance with agency procedures.
- Support general administrative duties, departmental projects, and office operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
