The Role
As an Associate Product Delivery Analyst you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows. You will collaborate closely with various squads within the domain and across business and technology teams. Your insights will help assess systems, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively. An ability to navigate between business and technology teams will be essential as we enhance existing applications and build new product offerings.
This role requires a dedicated, curious, and passionate analyst who will:
- Assist in analysis activities by creating process flows, basic mockups, and summarizing requirements.
- Support requirements definition by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring completeness.
- Help evaluate business processes to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and business partners to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in test planning and help ensure appropriate test coverage for system changes.
- Support data gathering and basic analysis to assist in decision‑making.
- Maintain documentation for features, processes, and user materials.
- Contribute to team ceremonies and work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other Analysts.
- Bring curiosity and a learning mindset—asking questions to understand the “why” behind business needs.
- Assist in implementing product delivery best practices and process improvements.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in business systems analysis, product delivery, technology operations, or a related function.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts and basic documentation practices.
- Foundational ability to analyze business processes and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as REST APIs, SQL, JSON, or testing tools (Postman/Insomnia)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the desire to grow your technical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work with data at a basic level—extracting, organizing, and summarizing insights.
- A team‑oriented approach and eagerness to contribute to a fast‑moving, evolving domain.
