KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Harmony: From scheduling shifts to hands-on training, you’ll keep the Rock Spa crew in perfect sync, making every workday a smooth and spirited adventure.
• Spa Experiences-- Where Relaxation Reigns: Open the doors, book the appointments, and ensure each guest drifts into bliss. You’re the maestro orchestrating seamless escapes for all who enter.
• Smiles, Service, and Solutions: Answer questions, handle concerns, and spread good vibes—your welcoming presence makes every guest feel right at home in our tranquil haven.
• Spotless Sanctuary: From neat towels to well-stocked shelves, you create a sparkling, inviting space where relaxation flourishes and worries melt away.
• Spa Savvy: Promote our latest treatments, stay updated on every service, and recommend the perfect products—your expertise ensures every guest leaves happy and glowing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a spa setting
• Strong organizational and guest service skills; able to work efficiently under deadlines with attention to detail
• Clear, positive communication skills for interacting with guests in person and by phone
• Ability to identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Skilled in managing challenging interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
