Associate Manager, Social Media

Bumble is looking for an Associate Manager, Social Media who lives and breathes social – someone deeply tapped into internet culture, excited to make content, and eager to build their creative instincts and career in social media and brand marketing.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Social Media, you’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager on the day-to-day execution of Bumble’s social presence across key platforms. You’ll help keep our channels active and culturally relevant by engaging with our community, attending events, spotting emerging trends, supporting social listening and reporting, publishing content, and jumping in to capture and create content yourself.

We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable organizing a content calendar as they are picking up an iPhone to film—or stepping in front of the camera themselves. You don’t need to be an expert editor yet, but you should be excited to learn, experiment, and develop your content creation skills. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience across the social ecosystem while developing a strong creative and strategic point of view.
