Position Summary

ApTask is seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal teams throughout the client service lifecycle. This role is ideal for a detail oriented and customer focused professional who communicates clearly, manages competing priorities effectively, and enjoys solving problems in a fast paced, remote environment.

The client support specialist will help ensure timely follow up, accurate information, efficient issue resolution, and a consistently positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client questions, requests, and service needs.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professonally through email, phone, and other approved communication channels.
• Coordinate with recruiting, operations, account management, and other internal teams to resolve client requests.
• Track open requests, follow ups, and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and activity within company systems.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and other administrative activities that support client relationships.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends or improvement opportunities to appropriate team members.
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and quality expectations
• Contribute to a collaborative remote team and support other operational priorities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in client support, customer service, account support, recruiting coordination, operations, adminstration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Professional, solutions oriented approach to client interactions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office or google workspace and the ability to learn new business systems quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment suitable for confidential business communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting business clients in staffing, recruiting, professional services, or another B2B environment
• Experience with CRM, ATS, ticketing, or client-management systems.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and distrbuted team workflows.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote, full time position, candidates must be authorized to work in the applicable hiring location and be available during the established working hours for the position.
