About Syntax Data
Syntax Data is a financial data and technology company supporting direct indexing solutions, custom index development, and financial data products. Through Syntax Direct, our platform enables wealth managers and advisors to create highly customized, tax-aware, transparent index strategies at scale. Syntax also works with asset managers, ETF issuers, wealth platforms, and other financial institutions to support index-based products, custom index solutions, and broader investment use cases.
About the Role
Syntax Data is building its client support function as its cutting-edge Syntax Direct continues to gain market adoption. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the early team supporting a financial technology platform that sits at the intersection of direct indexing, wealth management, financial data, and client experience. As a Client Solutions Representative, you will help advisors, clients, and platform users get the most out of Syntax Direct by answering questions, supporting onboarding, helping users understand platform functionality, documenting recurring issues, and ensuring inquiries are routed to the right internal teams. You will be part of the team helping Syntax build the playbook for how we support clients at scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited by finance, technology, client service, and problem-solving. You do not need to come in as an expert in direct indexing or index methodology. What matters most is curiosity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort learning new technology, and the ability to help clients feel supported while working through questions.
As Syntax grows, this team will play an important role in shaping the client experience. The first group of Client Solutions Representatives will help build the foundation for future support processes, FAQs, documentation, training materials, platform feedback loops, and escalation workflows.
