Mr D Food - Partner Onboarding Associate

MR D Food, a 100% subsidiary of takealot.com, is looking for a talented, motivated and results-oriented Partner Onboarding Associate.

This position reports to the Team Lead

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Onboard new restaurant partners
• Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
• Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
• Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
• Interact with restaurants to establish menu listing requirements
• Interact with Mr D Food account management  representatives
• Ad Hoc team projects
• Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements
• Interact with Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs

Attributes required:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to prioritize workloads
• Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams
• A strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft Office
• Be project orientated
• Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrity
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must be able to work overtime when required

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification (Not essential)
• A minimum 1 to 2 years in e-commerce or a similar role
