Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team at our Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility. You will oversee maintenance operations and associated equipment while driving equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational performance. You will maintain preventive maintenance programs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and prioritize maintenance and capital projects to help achieve plant uptime, quality, and cost objectives. This is an onsite position based at the Russellville plant.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Lead employees engaged in the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment, machinery, and plant systems.
- Monitor production line downtime and equipment performance to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with operations teams to eliminate equipment failures and maximize asset reliability.
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance employees while promoting safe and quality-focused work practices.
- Enforce plant safety standards and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, including activities such as oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
- Evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance activities and frequencies to optimize workforce utilization and equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance resources and expenditures to support efficient plant operations while adhering to applicable labor agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Read and interpret safety procedures, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and other technical documentation.
- Support maintenance-related capital projects and provide technical guidance on equipment performance improvements.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of electronic and electrical principles.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
