What will you do?

• Preparar e confecionar os pratos definidos na carta, com base nas fichas técnica;
• Responsabilizar-se pelo bom funcionamento da cozinha;
• Valorizamos profissionais criativos, capazes de contribuir com novas ideias e sugestões que elevem a experiência gastronómica.
• Procuramos alguém que se mantenha atualizado(a) com as últimas tendências do mercado gastronómico;
• Colaborar na gestão de custos e inventários;
• Controlo de stock e realização de compras;
• Apoiar na receção e armazenamento dos gêneros alimentícios, seguindo as normas estabelecidas e as ordens recebidas;
• Colaborar na realização dos processos de limpeza, conservação, preparação, regeneração e reposição dos alimentos;
• Executar as tarefas de acordo com os requisitos, normas e procedimentos de trabalho, bem como os procedimentos de HACCP.

What are we looking for?

• Experiência comprovada em funções similares (requisito obrigatório);
• Formação em Cozinha;
• Orientação para o cliente e atenção ao detalhe;
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de trabalhar sob pressão;
• Conhecimentos de HACCP.
• Fluência em português e bons conhecimentos de inglês;
• Disponibilidade de horários.
