Description
As an Intune Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, building, and managing modern endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
You will play a key role in shaping the organization's endpoint strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient device management across our enterprise environment in our Coppell, TX office.
What You’ll Do
- You will design and architect end-to-end Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot solutions to support modern device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- You’ll build and implement scalable Intune configurations, Autopilot profiles, and deployment strategies tailored to business needs.
- You will monitor the health and performance of the Intune environment and generate reports on device compliance, application deployment, and other key metrics.
- You’ll create and manage device compliance policies and configuration profiles to ensure alignment with security and operational requirements.
- You’ll deploy, manage, and secure applications on Intune-managed devices.
- You will be handling device enrollment and provisioning, including zero-touch deployment using Autopilot.
- You will ensure all devices and applications comply with organizational security policies and regulatory standards.
- You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-managed devices and applications.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve endpoint management practices and user experience.
What You’ll Need
- To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot solutions in enterprise environments.
- You have a strong background in endpoint management and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- You’re proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
- You have a solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPN and certificate-based authentication.
- Your familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and security group management.
- Your experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager or similar tools for OS deployment and automation.
- You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
