Position Overview:

Responsible for the delivering direct personal care and light housekeeping to assigned patients in Coming Home Hospice. Responsible for observing patients, reporting and documenting these observations, and documenting care performed.

Job Description:

EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience required.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

• CHHA-Home Health Aide or CNA-Certified Hospital Attendant, required.

• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN

• One year experience in a health care setting providing personal care preferred.
• This position is not travelling hospice care. This position will be at one Sutter facility.

Pay Range is $30.45 to $42.63 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
