Customer Success and Implementation Specialist

                                                                                    

Job Description: 

• Onboard net-new clients through installation, configuration, and initial training from kickoff through go-live
• Provide ongoing training and platform education to current clients adopting or expanding eCommerce use
• Conduct remote training and support sessions via Microsoft Teams and GoTo Assist
• Install, configure, and test Tablet POS hardware, including EMV readers, receipt/kitchen printers, iPad stands, and cash drawers
• Deliver structured training sessions on POS and eCommerce software, from core fundamentals through advanced club and processing setup
• Troubleshoot Tablet POS hardware and software issues during and after installation
• Maintain accurate, complete training records and documentation in the CRM/project management system
• Identify and flag onboarding or training gaps before go-live
• Coordinate with onboarding, customer success, and support teams for smooth handoffs
