Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Deals Delivering Deal Value Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients maximize value from their transactions by addressing transformational and complex challenges. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on operational aspects of transactions, conducting due diligence, executing enterprise-wide integrations, and supporting divestitures and separations across various functional areas. As a Manager, you will lead teams to solve complex business issues, from strategy to execution, while developing new skills and encouraging team members to take ownership of their personal growth.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your strategic planning and mentoring abilities to inspire and motivate your team, confirming project success and maintaining standards. You will analyze complex ideas, build meaningful recommendations, and use data insights to inform decision-making. By managing diverse viewpoints, you will create positive outcomes for all parties involved. Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, you will simplify complex messages and highlight key points, contributing to the success of our firm and its clients.

Responsibilities

- Leading and managing client engagement workstreams to maximize deal value and address complex challenges
- Conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence to support enterprise-wide integrations and divestitures
- Developing strategic recommendations by analyzing complex ideas and proposals
- Utilizing business process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance
- Implementing change management strategies to facilitate successful post-merger integrations
- Engaging with stakeholders to build consensus and create positive outcomes
- Coaching team members to recognize their strengths and encourage personal development
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for clear communication
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions
- Utilizing project management skills to drive successful execution and completion of engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in business process improvement and operational advice
- Utilizing strategic thinking and synergy analysis for deal integration
- Excelling in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Managing post-merger integration and private equity initiatives
- Developing skills in M&A strategy and enhanced due diligence
- Embracing change and creativity in complex business environments

Travel Requirements

Up to 80%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
