You will lead a globally distributed team across capability hubs in Bangalore, San Luis Potosí, Xiamen, and Krakow, with Archetype Leads reporting directly into the role. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Define, govern, and continuously evolve the global archetype controlling model, driving harmonization, standardization, and alignment with business and finance strategies across regions and business units.

  • Lead the delivery of controlling services across global Controlling Capability Centers, ensuring consistent execution, service excellence, adherence to standards, and effective demand and capacity management.

  • Establish and maintain standardized controlling processes, service catalogues, and clear ownership models while optimizing activities to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency.

  • Act as the primary interface between Capability Centers, Business Units, Regions, BU CFOs, Hub Controllers, Local Controllers, and other stakeholders, enabling strong business partnering and effective decision support.

  • Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring transparency in operational performance, resource utilization, service quality, and value creation while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead transformation, automation, digitalization, and advanced analytics initiatives, including close collaboration with SAP Center of Excellence teams to enhance process effectiveness and operational excellence.

  • Drive global controlling projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives, finance transformation, and the development of scalable operating models.

  • Build and develop high-performing global teams across multiple hubs, fostering collaboration, capability development, knowledge sharing, customer focus, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Strengthen organizational resilience through effective onboarding, training, succession planning, backup structures, and cross-capability collaboration within CP&O to maximize synergies and service excellence.

Your Background

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Factory Controlling, Controlling Operations, or related disciplines.

  • Proven experience working in global and matrixed organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in process standardization, transformation, shared services, or global service delivery leadership.

  • Strong expertise in controlling processes, finance operating models, and governance frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Experience with SAP and digital finance technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.

  • Strong intercultural awareness with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.

  • Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
