Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
The main objective of this position is to coordinate deliveries of homecare equipment, oxygen cylinders and associated products and services to customers and patients at their facility or place of residence. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels, providing support and training of related products and services to staff and agents. The Coordinator is also the first point of escalation for calls to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Organise and schedule daily deliveries for sleep and home oxygen business lines efficiently using routing software.
Manage the Operations Inbox and assist the Operations Manager with same-day jobs and breakdowns.
Ensure effective continuity of supply is provided to customers when required.
Maintain stock levels at all regional locations in compliance with company policy and national inventory management initiatives, including placing weekly stock rationalisation orders.
Perform regular stocktakes of rental assets and sale items in metropolitan and regional locations, and actively identify and resolve anomalies and missing items.
Liaise with the National Supply team and the National Operations Manager to stay informed of potential stock shortages and delayed stock movements.
Review sales stock levels and backorders from customer service and state outlets.
Organise and manage the end-to-end process of stock movements (in/out of the warehouse, to clinics and agents).
Utilise the Company’s ERP system (Great Plains) to manage assets and inventory, monitor site needs, and ensure high utilisation of portable devices (Radaro) for job completion.
Ensure Sleep Clinic locations are maintained appropriately.
Ensure assets used in Home Healthcare operations are maintained and accounted for according to internal procedures. This includes responsibility for ensuring scheduled and corrective maintenance is performed promptly on equipment (e.g., Concentrators, regulators, and OCDs).
Conduct vehicle audits, track maintenance activities, and actively follow up to ensure all field staff vehicles in the state are maintained to specifications.
Ensure compliance at all times with Company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations, and conduct regular in-field audits to verify adherence to internal and external regulations, safety requirements, and procedures.
Support the Homecare Operations Manager with recruitment, ongoing training, and coaching of staff and contractors to ensure safe work practices, product knowledge, and adherence to ALH policies and procedures.
Provide relevant support and direction in the region for HSEQ activities and events as the main point of contact.
Other duties & responsibilities as delegated by the Direct Manager.

Ability to fulfil all of the listed duties and accountabilities
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a supply chain/logistics job function,
Highly organised and able to work autonomously
Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion
Ability to read and interpret various instructions, including operating instructions, safety instructions and other procedures
Advance communication (written and verbal) & customer service skills
Excellent computer skills, inclusive of Google applications, and other software applications appropriate to the role
