Manage facilities spend in alignment with the annual expense plan, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.
Proactively identify warranty and landlord responsibility opportunities to reduce unnecessary company expense.
Serve as a senior point of contact for Store Operations and landlords for escalated facilities issues.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of facilities management records, lease documentation, and service history.
Participate in facilities-related meetings and initiatives, including team engagement efforts and expense reduction planning.
Provide guidance and support to Facilities Coordinators by sharing best practices, assisting with quote evaluation, and validating scopes of work.

Complete stretch assignments and special projects in coordination with Facilities Leadership to gain exposure to broader business and leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply facilities management documentation, contracts, and lease agreements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and confidently in one-on-one and small group settings.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, evaluate incomplete or complex information, and make sound, timely decisions.
