About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division:

This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize, and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today—across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing. 

The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablers. 

This role is part of the Customer Facing team, the engine of our business—driving growth by delivering tailored, territory-specific solutions that solve customer pain points, accelerate decision-making, and enable profitable sales execution.  

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Wear Parts Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will combine market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, strengthen market position, and drive profitable growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, product strategy, and customer engagement.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies for the GET and Undercarriage product portfolio.

• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify commercial opportunities.

• Partner with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics and provide recommendations to improve market penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Use market intelligence and insights to influence business strategy and support decision-making.

• Drive product awareness, value proposition development, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product support, engineering, and dealer teams to align strategic priorities.

• Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Support business development activities and customer engagements across the region.

Skill you will have

• Strong customer focus and the ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.

• Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and consult across multiple functions.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar commercial, marketing, product, technical, aftermarket, or industry-focused role.

• Fluency in English. French and/or Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

• Experience within construction equipment, mining, heavy machinery, wear parts, aftermarket parts, GET, or undercarriage solutions.

• Experience working with dealer networks and customer-facing commercial teams.

• Knowledge of wear applications, maintenance practices, and customer productivity solutions.

Additional Information

• Location: Abidjan - Onsite (5 days per week)

• Travel requirements: Approximately 50%
