About the Role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your work, and pick things up quickly? We’re looking for a motivated CX Coordinator to join our Government Contracts team on a fixed term basis working part-time, 24 hours per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on role, support the delivery of identity services at AA counters, and have a real impact on customer experience. As a CX Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, liaising with stakeholders, supporting our agent network, and helping to ensure seamless service delivery across the board. This is a fixed term position that ends in March 2027.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Recommending improvements to processes and systems to enhance turnaround times for customers
Managing and ordering stationery and stock
Promptly and professionally responding to ad-hoc administrative requests
Providing backup support for validation and data entry of IDP applications and related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
About You
You’re energetic, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy switching between different tasks throughout the day.
You’ll also bring:
Previous experience in an admin, coordination, or support role
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
A natural ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A quick-learning mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
Clear, professional communication skills
Experience in DLR/MVR
A solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Confidence using digital tools and navigating internal systems
Our teams celebrate diversity and believe that everyone should be able to bring their true selves to work every day. We want you to feel comfortable to be your authentic self throughout the recruitment process, please feel free to let us know if there is anything you need to allow you to participate equitably.

We want you to know that if you feel like you don't meet all the requirements, please still get in touch. We'd love to korero to see if you might be a great fit for the role.
