YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Manager, Project Controls is a key enterprise leader within Rosendin’s Project Controls Group (PCG), responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for project controls across all business units. This role oversees multiple regional teams and drives the development, integration, and continuous improvement of project controls systems, standards, and innovations across Rosendin’s most complex and high-value projects. The Senior Manager serves as a critical link between executive leadership, operations, and field teams, ensuring alignment of project controls with business objectives, risk management, and performance optimization. This role also leads enterprise-wide initiatives, including digital transformation, predictive analytics, and cross-functional training programs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead the strategic planning and enterprise-wide implementation of project controls frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
Oversee regional Managers, Project Controls, and ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all geographies.
Partner with executive leadership to align project controls strategies with corporate goals, financial targets, and operational risk management.
Drive innovation in project controls through the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics for forecasting and performance insights.
Develop and maintain enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
Lead enterprise audits and performance reviews to assess project health and identify systemic improvements.
Mentor and develop a pipeline of future leaders within the PCG, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Represent Rosendin in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partnerships related to project controls.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of project controls systems with enterprise platforms.
Lead enterprise training programs and change management initiatives to support new tools, processes, and cultural shifts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or construction operations, including multi-regional leadership roles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Visionary leadership with a track record of driving enterprise transformation in project controls.
Deep expertise in cost engineering, scheduling, risk management, and performance analytics.
Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
Advanced proficiency in enterprise project controls platforms (e.g., Oracle, P6, Power BI, Smartsheet, Procore) and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead through influence and build consensus across diverse teams.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium.
Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
